LAND ACQUISITIONS
Our acquisitions department works with property owners from across the country who are interested in selling their land. Once we have determined that the subject property has development potential, we will put together a competitive offer that reflects that potential.
CONSULTANT WORK
Our transaction coordinating department will work alongside some of the top consultants in the industry. These consultants include civil engineers, hazardous material professionals, geotechnicians, traffic engineers, environmental scientists & surveyors. Having the right team is a critical component of the development process, our partners/consultants will ensure our project moves along in the most time efficient manner.
ENTITLEMENTS
Entitlements also known as “Land Approvals” are a critical step in satisfying all requirements from a jurisdiction before development can take place. NLDG and it’s consultants work together diligently to ensure that all proper requests, layouts, applications and meetings with the jurisdiction are met in a timely manner.
